We started facilitycareadvocates.com with a simple goal in mind: to help families with loved ones in facilities ensure that proper care is being provided.

We check for the signs of neglect and abuse.

We help give families the peace of mind when they cannot be there.

How it works

When you hire facility care advocates, we have a meet and greet with the patient, family and facility to establish care objectives and expectations.

From that point on we make random welfare checks to ensure that proper care and attention is being given to the patient. The resident has needs and these needs are at the utmost importance. This can be Physical, Mental, and Social. Our team looks for things that can be overlooked by staff at the facility or maybe the wishes of the resident are not being heard or full filled. It is our job to make sure that the proper care of your family member is put first. Your family member may not be able to speak for themselves. Our staff will be the advocate for your family member to make sure that their day is the best it can be. The facility has resident council meetings so the resident can express their likes or dislikes. Our staff will be able to attend this meeting with your family member so they can be heard. There are also sign's that we look for like Physical or mental neglect. This can be detected early if the resident can't speak for themselves.
